Venom Motors Sports sold me a warranty, sold me a lemon, that they refuse to work on, now they are claiming to be moving! Las Vegas Nevada

They sold me a warranty for 8 yrs, we paid extra $900.00 for the warranty, sold me a lemon, they refuse to work on it, they won't return my phone calls,

I went in 5 wks ago & ordered a throttle cable & PAYED for it $ 64.60 they said it would be a wk or week in a half, well no call & no answer!
When I showed up they wouldn't take my buggy to work on it, cause they said they were in the prosess of moving, which they wouldn't tell me where they were moving to. so that was alittle shady!

I 've paid all this money for something my family can have fun with, now it been nothing but a HEART ache, My girls loved to go riding , now it's hard on me cause I hear them everyday about I wish they buggy was fixed.

This isn't the 1st time they did this, it has been in there 3 other x's .I have only have had sense my b-day April 13 of this yr, & have nothing but problems w-this buggy. now I had it for 6 mons, & everytime I have take'n it out something has broken. Now the drive belt is broke & won't even move!!!

Dealing with these people has been the worst experience i have ever had. and i am not one to complain. I have tried for over a month now leaving messages with no call backs and going to the place of buisness and no one being there to get service or even a response form them.

The first couple of times i went in there they treated me badly so i had to have my husband and brother go deal with them.i just hope that if others have endured all the stresses i have from this place of buisness, that they to make reports
