I purchase bike from company as March 6,2020. Bike was working fine, April 2020 bike started to have multiple problems. Starting with spark plug cable snapping off, clutch was bent & rubbing against case & still they installed it & shipped out to me, speed odometer never worked, Mileage never displayed on dash, May 2020 Headlights was working than went out never came back on, June 2020 stator was missing 3 screws, filter in tail pipe shatter to pieces.

With over 60+ emails back & fourth to company they requested video of all things wrong as if i was making up all problems occuring with bike. Company ststes on website that all bikes are covered under a 1 year warranty. Bike was never dropped.  

April 2020 took bike to shop just for a simple oil change, Mechanic opened up clutch case to blow out any exsisting dust from belt & discovered problem with clutch & etc. 

Never really got a chance to enjoy bike. July 1,2020 went to start bike up to go to work, it never came on. July 2 took bike back to shop to have it looked at and had mechanic directly contact company to explain what issues bike had and company insisted on videos of a non working bike, put in request for new bike to be shipped out to me & they told me NO. Still sending emails to cmpany for help, NICK V / Tech Team was no help at all.



My bike continued to be worked on, Mechanic requested a new wire. harness which company sent out the wrong cable, Bike remained at shop from JULY 2 until September 11 with all testing BIKE STILL DOES COME ON OR WORK TO RIDE
