After shopping around for a solar system.We did our due diligence and got three quotes. Mr Yackery gave what we thought was the best deal.So we decided to go with his company. After waiting 8 months,our system was finally installed.We were very happy.He saved us close to 30% off our Con Ed bill.i was told by Alex that we would not have anymore electric bill. The night mare started around one month after the system was up and running. It has been over 3 months now.We are paying the monthly lease payment.PLUS we are still receiving a electric bill from Con Ed. Last month we received our electric bill.The system saved us $27.63.The bill was $132.12.Plus with the lease payment of $142. We are now paying well over $100 a month more than if we didn't go solar. Which might not seem like alot of money ,but when you are on a fixed income every dollar matters. Which is why we wanted to go solar in the 1st place We either want the system to be removed and get a refund of the money we lost,or we want the system fixed and get a refund of the money we lost. Two times we had a crew here to fix the system,both times they said they needed to come back.They never did and now are ignoring our phone calls. Shame on them..And shame on me.
