I read a recent post from another client (former) of theirs. I too, and completely unhappy with the outcome of a project, that they say they specialize in. It's one thing to do a bad job, but another to try and make contact with the CEO, only to find he ran to India and won't return calls/emails. Great start to 2012. NOT!
