Verizon Communications Verizon - Billing Fraud New York New York

We began noticing a higher than normal telephone bill lately. While questioning Verizon about the abnormally high amounts we learned that MyTeleBill was adding a charge on our phone bill. The were charging us a $7.25/month "SvcFee". Along with that came a Long Distance charge of $2.18/month. These charges fell in a section of the Verizon bill that was entitled "The Billing Resource". It has it's own toll-free number separate from Verizon. When I called this number the customer service representative was very quick to offer a credit. We'll see whether we receive these monies or not.
