Vernon Dahl from Mitragen is a scam artist and a liar. He requested I invest in Mitragen, a company that was going to get funding from a VC within weeks and needed to just carry his company for just a few more weeks before he got funding.
I took on the role of essentially granting a convertible note to Vernon Dahl from Mitragen. It's been close to 18 months now and I have been told him by on atleast 15-20 phone calls how he is about to get on another call in 15 minutes where things are going to turn around from a potential investor and how he is going to return my money.
This man has contractually violated the agreement we have in place. He will not return my money. In fact, when I ask for the finances of how the money I lent has been spent, he refuses to comply and get me that information.
If you are an investor, VC, or anybody that has any lending power, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM VERNON DAHL. DO NOT INVEST IN MITRAGEN. DO NOT INVEST IN VERNON DAHL.
I know I am hurting myself in this process, since I will not be able to get my money back after I expose him. However, it is far more important for the rest of the investment community to know, this man is completely FULL OF IT and his words mean ZERO. Keep your $ and save yourself the headache of dealing with a fraud.
