Vertex billed me, never completed the website, and then refused to honor their money back guarantee for an incomplete service.  I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they have not responded.  There are more complaints with the BBB.

Number of complaints processed by the BBB in the last 36 months: 6, in the last 12 months: 2. Complaints Concerned: Selling Practices, Service Issues, Credit or Billing Disputes, Service Delivery Issues, and Contract Disputes.

I would avoid losing $325 by avoiding Vertex Sites and Loans Interactive.

Need More Information

AUTHOR: Paul - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, May 21, 2010

Thanks for posting this. I was in talks with Loans Interactive for a new mortgage website I needed. Then about 2 months later I'm revisiting this. I called them and no one is answering the phone over there.

I wonder if they went out of business. Can you give me more information? When was the last time you actually had contact with them?

Were you building a mortgage website? Did you go directly to LoansInteractive.com or did you go through Vertex?

Sounds like I better just step away from loans interactive. They seem to have really good product too. d**n shame!

Please, Place ZERO CREDIBILITY On The BBB!

If you think the BBB cares about you...then you've been duped by the BBB's SCAM!

The BBB is NOT an agency of any government even though they try to DECEIVE you by calling themselves, "The Bureau" (like the FBA does!).

The BBB is IN BUSINESS to sell "memberships" and phoney accredidations...just like someone who sells bogus college degrees.  Their ONLY criterion for their "accredidation" is "do you have the money to pay for it."

The BBB's phoney "arbitration" program is simply that...industrial strength BS.  The "arbitrator" who is said to be "unpartial" is a BBB employee.  When you want to arbitrate a matter between you and someone who has paid for their "accredidation", what you have is you going up against a BBB customer with the BBB employee "arbitrator" supposedly being so fair!

The BBB SCAM has been around for a long time.  They have been SNOWING the public with their "consumer information" for years to make you think they are so pro-consumer.  But its just a smoke screen because their main interest is to sell these phoney accredidations.

Finally, the BBB doesn't have the guts or integrity to defend themselves because they know not only me but many, many other people have hit the nail squarely on the head by exposing their DECEPTION and SCAM.

I cannot offer you help in regards to Vertex other than if you paid by credit card, put it into dispute.  Also, check the possibilities of going after them in small claims court.
