Veurink RV Veurink's replaced our "flooring" and not the "floor",THEIR BAD. Grand Rapids Michigan

 In March 2012 we had a valve break in our motor home. We were directed to Veurink via a referral from Florida insurance branch. They did not follow installation instructions on the flooring.

 After a year of return visits of not installed correctly, dealing with the floor not installed correctly, we noted while in Florida our floor was becoming very spongy. Upon calling Tom from Florida, he said "take some pictures and send them to us". We chose to wait until returning to Grand Rapids.

Tom who is service manager said we have another leak. Wrong. The floor was compromised from the previous leak. There was no second leak. He lied to the new insurance company. Hoping the new company would pay another claim.

The new insurance said they were not responsible for previous damage.

The old insurance company paid for completed job, not knowing the floor was rotting out under our feet. That Veurinks said was not needed to be replaced.

Nobody will take responsibility for the incomplete workmanship. Being a retired builder I tore it apart in the bathroom and hallway. To no amazement of mine, black mold and rotten floors. This was caused by not replacing the original floor before the new flooring was installed. 

When contacting Veurink, Tom states my 70,000 dollar motor home is nothing but a piece of junk. He wants nothing to do with us, and we are forbidden to return there. The same words came from the owner as well

Would I recommend Veurinks? If money were their god, they'd have a throne room full of falsehood gods. Their workmanship is not experts in repairing water damage. Tom you are one of the biggest liers I ever met and I have been around many more years than you.
