I purchases a cell phone from Bid Allies and sent a request to cancel the purchase one day later. They said no problem, cancelled the purchase through Ebay, but charge my account anyway. When I contacted them they acted like they didn't know anything about the charge to my account and referred me to PAYPAL for resolution. PAYPAL said I have to settle the dispute with Bid Allies. I am out 125.00 after trying in good faith to get my money back.
