Yes you are correct in saying my first mistake was ordering anything offered by Dr. Oz.  But the ad I clicked on and tried again does not mention an offer upgrade, and I did not agree to an offer upgrade, and the name of the product is not the same--this is VIA BEAUTY and the product you mentioned is L'Ancee Perfector. 

Maybe they are all the same SCAM company.  I'm hoping CitiBank will put the kabosh on these creeps.  Thanks for responding.
