Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I did not recieve over 15% of the items that I should have. Most of what I recieved was junk and had to be thrown away. Spend $6500 on merchandise to sell in my store and I maybe will get $3000 back from what was sellable.
TO top it off I went to review the items I purchased and realized that the review does not post instantly. This leads me to beilive that they pick and choose what reviews that they let the customers see. I feel very decieved as the reveiw is what lead me to purchase from them. When review did not post right away I realized that I had been swindled.

The company did compensate me to help me make a little profit from this load. I am hoping I just got really unlucky and got a bad load, which does happen, just this was the worst time for it to happen to me since I am just opening my store. So I think the best advise I can give is that know what you are buying and do your research before you buy. For example, costco will take back anything so you could expect to see a lot more damage on a load like that compared to another store that is more strict on their return policy. But back to what I was saying, they have made things right with me (or are in the process now).
