We purchased makeup and health and beauty products from viatrading corporation to realize that some of the items they sent (around 60%) us were expired. We contacted them several times to talk discuss this but no answer. We still have the stocklot so we can send you proofs if needed.

We have no record of any invoice between us and customers in Cyprus that have purchased cosmetics.

We have no record of receiving any wires transfers from anyone in Cyprus.

We have no record of being contacted by anyone regarding such a claim.

We believe that we have been targeted in error. If you believe that it is still Via trading you dealt with then please show us any of:
1. an invoice between via trading and yourself so we can lookup the invoice number
2. any email correspondence between us showing clearly the email address on both sides
3. copy of any payment made - espeically showing to whom payment was made.

if we see any of the above things then we will be able to track your order and respond fully.
