Viaguard Accu-metrics Canine DNA I send off for a canine DNA test kit and received supplies to obtain the sample quickly. I send the sample DNA back the very next day. The company states they will provide DNA results in 14 business days. It has been nearly six weeks since I sent the sample in and have not received results, an e-mail confirming receipt of sample nor have I received response to three e-mails and one voicemail to company. Viaguard Accu-metrics claims to give their customers canine DNA results in 14 business days.
However, after nearly six weeks of sending my dog's sample in I have not received any results. I have e-mailed three times and called and left a voicemail without any response. I ultimately wanted to know my rescue dogs DNA, but at this point I just want a refund. I have now seen so many other reviews of this company stating that the same has been done to them.
Why is this company still in business if it is not providing the services offered after taking consumers money?
