Ordered Online - Received a device 3 weeks late than the expected arrival time.
Opened the Box and failed to get any internet signal. I sent an email to Support asking for return and following their instructions not to return back without contacting their support to receive an RMA number.
A month later, I contacted them again to provide all return information.
I received a super fast response. "Sorry you cannot return the device or get a refund after 30 days."
I already paid for 6 months in advance, so at least get a service.
No Service and No refund - Peace of junk without a service.
Misleading Company with many websites and many phone numbers and support email.

Put this purchase into contest with the card company. You bought something....it doesn't work....grounds for a contest UNLESS you've waited so long its beyond the time limits for contestability. This isn't rocket science.
