Okay guys this is simple. If you have been listening to all the radio commercials as I have, this is what you will hear.

1: Greatest sexual experiance ever.
2. Free trial.
3. Men can take up to 3, women take two.

What you don't hear, the rally sucky automated disclaimer saying you pay 10 S+H. Which is fine. You also don't hear how it will take 10 days to recieve your first package. You also probibly won't notice the disclaimer saying that they will immediately charge you about $50 10 business days after free trial is ordered. So the same day you recieve the free trial you you will immediately be charged.

While all of this is going on it's all completely legal.

The part that makes this a scam is three things. They don't tell you they will give your credit card infor to two or three other companies just like theirs and charge you until after you have given them your information. If you tell them not to they ignore you and tell you the numbers to call to cancel all the subscriptions they signed you up for without your permission using your card info.

But the worst part of this scam is other than them now using your info without your permission, the number they give you to cancel you subscription is bogus.

It is an answering machine that constantly answers saying the same thing over and over again. "Sorry all circuts are busy."

The reason for this bogus answering system is simple. By having a system that actually answers, instead of a phone off the hook, you can't pay your phone provider to have it automaticly connect you once the line becomes available. Thus athorities can't prove it is a bogus line that is off the hook.

So you can not cancel.

The funny thing is that the "Free ring" for your member is actually a subscription. Tell me one thing, how many vibrating rings are you suppose to place on your member? A year with the subscription, plus the "free" one equals 13 identically ugly member rings.

I expected they would probibly be a legal scam that would probibly charge me $50 for the first month and then I would unsubscribe. But I never expected a totally bogus number forcing you to never unsubscribe, and I NEVER expected to have to unsubscribe to a bunch of other bogus subscriptions that they illegally used my card to charge them to.

They can scream disclaimers all they want but there were no disclaimers about adult video subscriptions nor anything else in the initial automated service when I called, and it is illegal when I told them not to do it and cancel everything after they first told me what was happening, and they ignored me.

They will ignore you as well, and they will abuse your card info as well.

Oh did I mention, they will never let you unsubscribe as well.

Hi Coroner,

I am so sorry to hear about the bad experience you have had with Stimul-X. Unfortunately, that is what happens to every customer. I used to be employeed with Stimul-X for 6 months in their Scottsdale Call Center.

I guarantee their company is a complete fraud. You probably thought that you had a 10 Day Trial with the product, if they even told you about it when you placed your order. Think again, they have their computers set to send the next product to you on the 9th day. And, when you call they tell their CSR's to make up and alter the dates that you really placed your order.

So you got past that part, now you want to mail the product back. DON'T BOTHER. They will never issue you the refund of $33.33 or $39.32 or $40.46 that they promised. They just wait until they get too many chargebacks on one credit card provider and ditch that one and switch to another.

Now, they want you to keep the product for a credit of $12, $14, $16, $20, or $24. Understand that those employees get paid a commission from the hard earned money you were charged for this product if you agree to keep that product.

So you declined that and now they are telling you that they will play the recording from when you placed your initial (FREE) order. For one, they don't even have that recording, it never existed and you NEVER CONSENTED TO A 10 DAY TRIAL.

Simply thank them for their time, haha, and hang up. Then immediately call your credit card provider (VISA, MC, AMEX) and inform them that the only charge you authorized was for $9.41 for the sample order and that you never authorized $48.73, $49.87 or whatever other new amount they have come up with. You will DEFINITELY GET YOUR MONEY BACK and you don't have to deal with these people anymore.

And when finished with that and if you have time please contact the Arizona Attorney General's Office @
