I received a second notice from Business Office Systems & Solutions Collection Services Division that I owe $22.98 plus $6.58 interest for some unrecognized charges thru "Mapnad Viatel Cons." I've no idea what this is, and Business Office Systems & Solutions never responded to my letter telling them this was an error.

Business Office Systems & Solutions is merely a form letter-writing company. Ignore their empty threats. Or, refer them to
