victor thompson Usa credit council trying to collect on a payday loan Internet

I was contacted on my work email by Victor Thompson concerning a payday loan with a company I never heard of and how legal actions have already been filed and warrants where being filed in my state. I ask for him to give me information regarding the loan I.e. account number date of transaction but he was unable to assist and therefore could not help with anything else except the amount of 920.00 in full.
