Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Sent a victorian tartan suit so badly made it could not fit. i then had to pay a large amount to return outfit.
now they maintain they have not recieved return dispite evidence to contrary and Refuse to refund. this leaves e €180 out of pocket.
investigation starts in a few days but too late for me

victorian choice have now refunded the money for the outfit which was apparently just taking a very long time to go from U:S customs to their office
