I made an online order for heartworm meds for my two dogs around 4/10/15 I got an email from vidalpets saying my order was shipped on 4/21/15. It is now 5/27/15 I have not gotten my order, and I have emailed their customer support at support@vidalspets.com asking how I can get a refund of my $104 and have had no response from this company.
