Whereas the factual information submitted in the post is true and correct with respect to Vidal & Vidal, Inc. is both a matter of public record and states its historical corporate information with some degree of veracity the individual who submitted the post has intentionally, willfully, knowingly and recklessly submitted a false report. There is no basis to believe what the poster has stated because its "complaint(s)" are unfounded and bogus.

I own and operate a legal support service in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area and know S. A. "Tony" Vidal of Vidal & Vidal, Inc. I have two earned law degrees, an LLB and an LLM and have worked with and for Vidal & Vidal, Inc.'s legal counsel. I know for a fact that there is no company or corporate body with the registered or incorporated name of C.T. Transportation was ever represented by Vidal and Vidal, Inc. with respect to having contractually entered into any business relationship with Vidal & Vidal, Inc. for the purposes of Vidal & Vidal, Inc.'s collecting monies due to said C.T. Transportation.

Further, it is within my personal knowledge that there is no such business entity named C.T. Transportation located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. The "complaint" is wholly bogus and was obviously submitted to this site as a baseless and bogus attempt to libel and defame Vidal & Vidal, Inc. and its president, S.A. "Tony" Vidal.

I'm confident that the person who took the time to post the fraudulent complaint is a disgruntled debtor that was successfully moved against by Vidal & Vidal, Inc. or through the Courts by means of successful litigation against the debtor which resulted in a Judgment being taken against the Defendant Debtor which was subsequently abstracted and reported as a collection and judgment item to the three major credit reporting services.

It's unfortunate that a bonded and honorable business such as is Vidal & Vidal, Inc. should be the victim of the individual who posted the wholly unfounded and false "Ripoff Report" service's site.

The BBB in Dallas in indicates that the company operated under the name Vidal, Esteves and Whaley, Inc. (Whaley is one of Steve aka Tony's wives.) The address provided by the better business bureau 10925 Estate Lane Ste 305 Dallas Texas 75238 phone 214 217 5200 is the same address provided on the DBA statement in dallas County in June 2006. The BBB File date open was in 2004.

After reading your post providing the aliases of Stephen Anthony Vidal SA Tony Vidal I have to admit my interest was peaked. With this, I began bringing up records. The address listed on the Dallas County Court document (9508 Coit Road, Quinlan, Texas 75474) appears to be his home address.

A Search of the Dallas county Clerk's records shows some interesting information. A company named Vidal and Vidal has a history back to around 1990. The assumed name of View collection Specialists was applied for and received by Dallas county on 06/07/2006 04:29:55 PM. Interestingly, he applied for the DBA using the name Tony, not Steve. On the official court document the owner is listed as: NAME: Tony Vidal with a signature of S A Tony Vidal.

There is additional information I collected on the individual but it should not have a bearing on your situation. His web site appears to be shared with an attorney and a private investigator. According to the licensing entity in Texas, the private investigators license is listed as INVESTIGATIVE HOLD.
