Video Tech Innovation, VTI, VMI, Video Marketing Innovation YouTube video production, formatting and advertising Mt. Pocono Pennsylvania

On 10/27/16 I sent Video Tech Innovation a.k.a. "VTI" a check by U.S. mail  for $248.00 plus $5.00 for priority processing.  I sent funds for them to produce and market Youtube videos.  Their  service package was to include  producing  custom videos, formatting and posting, full account set-up, account monitoring and updating, backlinking(a marketing/search engine technique), Google/Bing keyword placement, external site networking.  I ordered the VTI "premier" (level 3) which includes all of the services listed above plus includes seven customer videos and an additional video posted each month for 12 months.  The check I sent on 10/27/16 cleared and posted on 11/3/16.  Prior to ordering I checked the internet high and low for any and all customer feedback, regarding VTI.  I checked google and Better Business Bureau for any problem areas.  I could not find anything regarding VTI or Video Tech Innovation.  At that point I decided to place my order.  But later I discovered they changed their name from VMI to VTI.  VMI has a history.
VTI has two UPS store addresses.  The first address is VTI, 3308 Route 940, Suite 104-310, Mt. Pocono, PA 18344.  This address collects the incoming orders.  The second address VTI, 221 Skyline Dr., Suite 208, #144, E. Stroudsburg, PA 18301.  This address does the service fullfillment for VTI.   Their phone number is a voice sales recording 1-877-400-6767.  On 11/12/16 I sent the following letter with no response:

My name is xxxxxxxxx.   On 10/27/16 I placed an order for $253.00 , for the  business opportunity Youtube "Video Tech Innovation" service.  I would like to know when will these services be rendered?  I received no acknowledgement of this order, which might not be your practice.  However, I sent a check with confidence that the order will be filled.

I would appreciate a response.

On 11/13/16 I received a letter in the mail from the second address which I assumed was my service order.   They call themselves "YouTube Account Development Group" Offices Nationwide.   In early as May 2016 they went by Video Marketing Innovation a.k.a. "VMI".  At this point I felt I had been potentially scammed. I checked  BBB to find there were complaints regarding Video Marketing Innovation, a.k.a. VMI.   On google I searched  "beware Youtube scam VMI"  many people have stated that this is a fraudulent company.  And three people  stated they received the service they paid for.  These forum posts are from May and June 2016.    Getting back to the letter I received on 11/12/16 they said quote:

Dear Customer,

We are pleased to inform you that the YouTube account you ordered from us has been completed and/or revised.
You ordered our service fro one of our many sub companies.  Please note, for those who aren't clear, we have NO connection at all with YouTube.  We are an independent firm that simply develops YouTube accounts for people who don't know how, or who don't have access to video content for their channel.  We have no more or less connection to Youtube than you do.  We simply know very well how to use it, and therefore provide this service.  Your login info is private and very sensitive.  We therefore never send it through standard mail.  If you do not already have your Youtube login info, you must email us at:   xxxxx
Please email your full name and address so we can identify the order.   We will reply with your login info asap.  Under no circumstances will we send the info by standard mail.  Email only, no exceptions.
You do not need to own a computer to email us.  You may use your cell phone's built in email software, a friend or relative's computer, or a public computer at the library.  Make sure you check your email every day for our response.

We are extremely busy at this time processing new accounts. Please allow as much as 21 days for a response. We will do all we can to respond earlier.

Video Tech Innovation refund policy statment is as follows quote:
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! We at VTI guarantee that all services listed will be supplied as promised within 48 hours of receiving verification that your payment has cleared.  Otherwise you will be refunded in full.  This does not include reasons stemming from electrical outages or acts of nature.

I have giving VTI ample time to do the "right" thing.  Services have not been rendered.  I sent a check for $253.00 for services that are questionable.  As of today 11/22/16 I have not received any information regarding Youtube login details or seen any videos created.  I sent money in faith and confidence.   I want to have my hard earned money $253.00 refunded in full.  Refund requested.
