VIDEO UNIVERSE HOLLYWOOD BLOCK Sent a bootlegged copy of a DVD and that all scared and messed up anyway. No receipt, no return label nothing came with the DVD but a piece of crap DVD. Miami, Florida

The first email I received was from video universe and all it contained with the order number and my address. Informed me I would be charged $19.95 for the DVD and $4.95 for the shipping for a total of $24.00. I was assuming I was receiving a new copy, not bootlegged copy, of the DVD. THe next email I received was from Hollywood Block with a reference number and the total, $24.00. I want my money back! They can have this piece of crap DVD back!!
