We called to advertise several of our properties. We had some issues as to being able to communicate with their staff. Our call was not returned so we decidded to call in. We gave all the necessary information to the agent who took are call that was difficult to understand. They told us we were not on file. After receivng emails we advised them we must be giving them all the correct and necessary info we used. They still had no access. We then had the pleasure of talking with someone in management named Rosie who apologised for our experience as this was the FIRST time we had ever called or used this service. Owning land and multiple properties in the GTA we thought we might give them a try.

We were quite frustrated and displease that for almost 3 days we were trying to list our property and that no one had returned a call. We did received an email which was most difficult to read as the font was below 6 point type and we were advised " YOU CAN ADJUST YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN"  after speaking with Rosie she was most generous in offering us a free week trial as if this was a goodwill gesture as to our experience. [continued below]....


We than asked if we had not called you and were to advertise we woudl have been given this FREE Trial regardless is that correct? She complied.

We than said, so in essence your really not doing anything based on what we just experienced are you? 

You have done notihng but insult us for the past 5 mintues and thats all your getting have a nice day-CLICK!

We were all shocked here as our entire staff behind us heard the call. This is how conducts themselves with  new customer. We than thought maybe we should grand one more call ask for anotehr manager or who the CEO is and it was more than evdient that this basement style operation as to how they handle calls was completely ignorant at best.


"You should call back another day and speak to another manager we were told" OK who would that be?

"Oh you would not want to talk to him the recepetion replied" 

Ok than why are you asking us to call back?

"Ah wait hold on a second"

We than were put through to someone named Micheal who we thought might have just cleared the air and allowed us to all regain composure. That was not the case, he was right there covering the tracks of everone else as if we were the bad guy when all we wanted to hear was  "Sorry this happened why dont we get you set up and do this....." or just ANY goodwill gesture above and beyond offering nothing.

Its more than evident this is basement run company with poorly trained people that care very little about how they engage with people let alone new customers.


We said were pretty upset having to take this time to call in to talk to you.

"You won't want to advertise with he says....??!   This is the intransigent ignroance resonates.

We advised him we just wanted to adverstise but if you like we'll be happy to share our experience online for the world to see. Go ahead he says...  Now you know. Choose another service that cares about people let alone treats new customers like this. In short they did nothing and insulted us by their complete lack of service.

Im sure theyre going to tell you how abusive we were as ALL we said is anyone that treats new customers like this must be a jack a*s. If thats abusive call us criminals. Anyone else would gladly call these people by what they rightfully are.

We will let you figure that out shouldn't be that difficult. 

This is the the epitome of Canadian ignorance and miserable people who from the way this entire thing was handled was disgusting to be polite.
