I have to say it's hard to write this report about Viewtrakr.  I love the passion and vision of its creator Ty Thomas but business practices by CEO Dan Dollons and staff are NOT best practices.

I personally have sent numerous emails to Support at Viewtrak, receive an automated responder with a ticket number. Weeks later not response.  A little concerning, particulary when it pertains to team members pay. To date, they have still not received their compentsation. No follow up either on Viewtrakrs behalf.

Veiwtrakr midstream changed its Credit Card processor.  All Trakrs had to update their Credit Card information into the new system or they will not be activie on their next billing cycle.  Well this is also false. Several credit cards were charged in the old processing system even though they had not updated their Credit Card information.  The person affected contacted Viewtrakr to stop processing payments and yet it continued.  They had to dispute charges with their credit card company. Changing CC processors midstream caused a number of Trakrs to loose qualification for the Bonus Pool payout(Planned on Viewtrakrs part, can't say for sure), leaves one to wonder.

Just today, two cancelled accounts with email confirmation from Viewtrakr were charged their monthly fee. DON'T GET IT!!!! This is what brought about this report. 

I understand start ups all his hiccups but this is unprofessional to say the least and not in the consumers best interest.

Be wary before joining Viewtrak, supposedly have their funding to complete analytics. But its the business practices by the CEO that needs to be questioned.
