I became an approved vendor for VIG & tried to order a bed just to check out quality. Becoming a vendor was a nightmare & took 3 months when they claimed the turnaround time would be like 2 weeks. The bed was around $1,500 & it's been weeks with no confirmation, no tracking or shipping details, etc. Horrible customer service, this company is just terrible.
