ZEULI, or AKA Vincent Charles ZEULI Or Vinny, Vinnie, last known address 34 Windsor Isle Dr, Longwood, Fl 32779 pawns himself off as a tuner guy with high end vehicles and fills your head with very affordable upgrades and services for your performance car, drive around in expensive cars, but found out too late they are cars from other people he has scammed and pimps those cars as his own, unknowingly by the owners, after paying goods and services and never completed any work come to find out, this individual also received a set of very expensive wheels that he said could have refinished in the style I wanted, to this day, no rims, no money, no parts, after excuse after excuse, I heard about something similar happening to another person, got the full name and googled this individual and come to find out he has a criminal record going back 15+ years.....in really wish I would have done it before handing him my money and rims.....real scum bag this guy!!!!! And NO justice so far.......
