The only thing to do is file a claim against your baby

Well you could file a complaint and sue your baby for distracting you or you could check around this site for others being ripped off under similar circumstances.
There were some laws enacted recently in the Orlando area that state the owner of the gas station must display their prices. Failure to do so results in a fine and maybe eventually more.
Unfortunately most of the people that fall victim to this are out of town residents that are unaware of this or do not want to pursue it further.
There are a couple of gas stations (maybe more) that do not post their prices. There is this one and another one that is by the airport. The one by the airport is literally the last gas station on the road going to the airport (as you head towards it). The one by the airport of course is set up to dupe those people that rent cars to pulling in and filling up the tank before you turn in the car to avoid the high prices that the rental companies charge.
