Vintage Honda CB Jeremy Frombach Nothing received for my $4000.00USD Glendale, California

I realised that Jeremy Frombach only responds to threats. So I threatened him with, fraud charges, tax evasion and mail fraud.  I think tax evasion was the key, I sent him money for which he provided no goods, hence he would have to claim my cheque as income.

Two years to the day I got a motorcycle. 21 months after the promised delivery date.  Not the bike he sent me photos of mind you.  And the engine was not rebuilt as promised in the contract.  I have messages from him admitting these breaches in contract.

I now have a motorcycle That looks good and runs OK.  It leaks oil out of the head gasket and various other places.  All four cyclinders smoke and foul the plugs in short order.  Some of the parts are wrong for the Vintage as Jeremy, of Vintage CB doesn't seem to have a handle on what bikes came with what guages fenders lighting etc.  Even though he has a poster on his facebook sight, clearly identifying these nuances.

The pipes are a mess despite photos of new pipes provided to me.  New pipes are upwards of $2000.00  He didn't even bother to put mirrors on the bike.

Jeremy has offered to rebuild the engine if I ship it back to California from Canada. Jeremy Frombach had his opportunity to deliver.  He chose to rip me off.  I choose to inform the gear heads out there about this guy.

I figure I have a bike worth about $3000.00 I paid $8000.00.  I'm going to keep it because they are beautiful machines.  It's just pathetic that people like this prey on others who just wish to see these beautiful machines on the road.
