 Vintage double hose .com customer service is horrible.. The owner forgets items that are ordered and when brought to his attention he gets irrate. Beware of this guy.. You never know what you are getting or how you will be treated.

I have purchased many items from vintage double hose. I always get exactly what I order. These guys are honest to the core. I have zero doubt if you had given them a chance you woudl have also had a good experiemnce.

I have purchased many items from VDH and nearly every order received had EXTRA gift items included. I had only one order in 3 years with the wrong item. The owner promptly exchanged it for me. VDH and its owner are a good, honest business.

This is not the first time I have dealt with the owner of this hobby/business.  The wrong item was sent to me sometime ago and I got no response from my emails.. Interesting how this guy wishes me well when he is responding to ripoff report.com. Also I am not the only person in this state that has delt with his tantrums. Maybe he can learn from this experience. As far as not doing business with me again.. Thank You .

Let me admit that I did forget something. The item in question was not included in the on line order you placed with me. You requested it in an E-mail  sent after the order was placed.  Once again I admit that I forgot to include the item when I processed the official order from the website store.  As soon as you contacted me regarding the missing item I pulled one from the shelf, put it in a Priority Mail box, printed a label and sent you the tracking number.  I did not ask for payment for the item or payment for the Priority Mail shipping cost.

 

I also informed you that this would be the last time we conducted business together.  What you failed to report in your "Ripoff Report" was the rude and demeaning E-mail you sent me informing me of the missing item.  I will be the first to admit when I'm wrong and I will do what I can to make it right.  What I will not put up with is being talked down to or people treating me poorly.  The reason we are no longer doing business is due to your E-mail plain and simple.  I am sorry things turned out the way they did and I hope that you will take the opportunity to learn from this.  I wish you the best of luck in the future and harbor no ill will towards you.
