I have been ripped off by VIPAdvantage Visa Card company. I called and tried to cancel my account and get a refund of $159.00 but was told unable to. They also debited my account $369.00 with out a release form. I recieved a card but have not opened the envelope. I want to send it back with a letter of stopping. I am going to send letter to my bank also. This company is fraudulant and misleading the public. This company has done this with out my signature.
