I hired Lion Marketing (owner of VIP Baby and Lion Landscaping in Sag Harbor, NY) to source packaging for my product in China at a cost $40,000.
Barbara Frerichs, the owner cashed my deposit check for $20,000 and did not come through with any product. Repeated calls, led to repeated lies and excuses. Ultimately she kept my money and diappeared to start a new company called Lion Landscaping.
No doubt she's continuing to rip people off under her new company name.
If you've only lost a few dollars on some baby blankets, consider yourself very lucky.

On SEPTEMBER 27, 2007 Judge Molia of the Suffolk County Supreme Court ruled that you defrauded me in the amount of $20,000, Barbara Frerichs, based on overwhelming evidence.
Thus, the only thing to get "straight" here, Ms. Frierichs, is to have a certified check in the amount of $20,000--the judgement against you---sent directly to my lawyer:

Here is the real story:
Wall Candy Arts did get samples. They waited and waited to approve the art, something they were told held up the process. It is on the agreement.
When they finally approved the art, they expected delivery immediately, from China none-the-less! When that could not be done, they canceled the order.
They lost their deposit. That is what a deposit is for. The cancelation of the order at that stage cost more than the deposit.
Unlike Wall Candy Arts and Allison, we do not have the deep pockets of Buzzy Krongard, her father in law, or Edward Epstein and New Canaan Capital, her father, behind us. We could not afford the lawsuit. Not to mention the harrassment from her husband Randall of many repeated phone calls and who actually threatened to come to my house "and personally take care of this."
As for our landscaping company, we also did alot of design work at her request, which we were never paid for. It also took them almost three months to pay for us mowing their lawn!
Basically, they want you to do work for them, change their minds whenever they want and not pay for it.
Let this be a warning to anyone who is to enter into any type of agreement with WallCandy Arts or either of the Krongards.

Judgment Granted against Barbara Frerichs company Lion Marketing
AUTHOR: Allison - (U.S.A.)

Barbara Frerichs dissolved VIP Baby after the word got out that she was defrauding people of their money.
Then she closed the bank accounts of Lion Marketing to prevent me from collecting the judgment granted against her for the $20,000 she kept instead of buying the packaging in China that she was contracted to source.
Now she's ripping people off under her latest venture Lion Landscaping in Sag Harbor, NY.
When is the law going to catch up with her? She's a professional con.
