Hi, I purchased a debit card from VIPDebitCards for $174.00,paying with my Liberty Reserve account.

I have not received the card nor have I received a reply from numerous emails that I have sent.

For some strange reason,there is no record of the transaction in my LR account. I haven't received reply from LR on that yet.

I realize that I have lost my money but don't want them to take advantage of someone else.
