#1 UPDATE Employee

Ridiculous

There are a few things incorrect about this report. I personally work at this establishment . Like any other place of employment , there are employees that take advantage of the company itself. we have taken action against said employees that do not follow guidelines and regulations. with that being said there are a few red flags that can be seen during a call.

First thing is first this is not our phone number. , when in contact with us ALWAYS ASK FOR CORPORATE PHONE NUMBERS. ex employees take it upon themselves to scam people like any con artist anywhere else. if they cannot provide you a with a corporate number to verify the company more likely than not they are thief's that have stolen your phone number in order to scam you into giving them information. We have had situations where employees steal or fake phone calls in order to scam, we do take appropriate action regarding these issues and have been taken care of.

Second at the establishment we under a recorded line at all times. Under strict guidelines with the company as well as the gaming board in las vegas. Our websites (where you can find our exact location and address along with direct emails and corporate numbers) are public information . we have plenty of said regulars that purchase our packages and request to stay on our preferred travelers list for years. Our packages are legitimate and sponsored and over seen by the gaming board as well. There are scammers across the country dont be fooled . Walmart has thieves , McDonald's and yes even your favorite cable provider has people always looking for a way to fool the system and get their wants. If you go to a steak house and had a bad experience are you going to stop eating steak for the rest of your life ?

Be aware our company does give refunds and we work around the clock to make sure all of our clients receive the best treatment along with any questions or concerns they may have. If you receive a call you believe to be phony ask the right questions for all intents and purposes . it seems to me that some one called you being "pushy" and wanted your card number to secure the package, as any sales rep would do, and thats all it took for you to think it was a scam. i can assure you sir it was not our company . i know because that is not and has never been our phone number first red flag. we are promoters sir we fill up the resorts on the strip. i can assure we we are not in the business of petty theft and credit card fraud.
