This is nothing more than a list of people who have defaulted on their loan. If you are looking for a property to rent then they are misleading you. The homeowner has not agreed to rent and they are just selling their name and the option to contact them. This is a complete scam and should be reported to the better business bureau. Please do not pay for their service.
