VIPoutlet is a joke, I think they work out of the trunk of an automobile. Even Amazon customer service could not get them to ship the item. This particular company provides fault shipping information and cannot deliver products. We placed an order with them for an iPad on January 17, 2018, still have not received as of February 2. Terrible customer service! Will dispute charges with our credit card company.
