viral media boost (chris) I didnt receive everything I paid for and when I called to check my status they told me I was complaining and rushing them after they told me they would start on my project within 1-2 days n it took two weeks. They didnt even complete the job until I filed a dispute and a cliam with paypal. Then a day later I received half of what I paid for. They customer service sucks and they never return or respond to emails inquiring about the product or service the customer has purchased. This company f**king sucks and I will never use them or recommend them to anybody  Internet

why are you spending time on here instead of trying to get my mixtape uploaded. the package clearly stated for 150 mixtape n video. I wouldnt have done it if I wasnt goin to get the video attached with the mixtape which is what you are failing to realize. all those things you just stated in your last rebuttal wasnt explained to me until after I made repeatedly numerous phone calls and left emails. of course any customer would be upset after spending 150 with any online store with whom they have never heard but was trying to support a new business. the simple fact that I have to be on here doing this is msking this a terrible experience. Explain why my project hadnt been started on within 1-2 like your ad stated. If it would have been like the ad stated none of this would be going on. Why havent I received the free promo like you stated? why isnt my video posted with my mixtape? Why have you spent more time with me on here responding thsn you have when I had serious inquiries about my purchase? How come my mixtape wasnt uploaded until the day after paypal contacted you guys about my purchase. Paypal informed me that if you make a purchase online for an something that is electronically they cannot refund your money back and these guys know this and thats how along with why they scam you, take their time doing things and not completing your orders that you purchased. Honestly if I would have got what I paid for by now I would not be on here explaining the bad business they have but the fact that you made me a false promise again by offering me free promo and that you hung up the phone in my face (which explains the rude customer service) I wouldnt have to be on here. This is the most times I have ever heard from these guys in one day it is amazing to me..............

It clearly says we will began working on your project within 1-2 days, not complete it! A DJ has to add drops to a tape in order to host it, it has to be uploaded, IT'S A PROCESS!!! I gave you a $750 worth service for $150 with a very known DJ an you still complain. I DON'T GET IT! Yes, that is correct we were slow replying to your email. But we communicated over the phone very often. We get 100s of emails daily an we got rid of 2 reps around that time. I stated this to you already several times. PS: Yes, we have to make calls to the DJ who will be uploading the tape. Viralmediaboost dont have a livemixtapes account as we also stated to you. We work with the dj's who upload you, therefore we have to contact them to check status. 

..... with a very large mixtape dj for a low rate. We also gave him 50% off on his purchase. He calls our company cussing an bein real negative to us. I told him, livemixtapes is more strict an that we can guarantee his placement (as you see we did) but he was behind other artist because only 1 tape can be loaded to livemixtapes at a time. So we were delayed I say maybe 3 days behind before he was placed on there. He gave us a video to place on there also but after we gave his project to the dj we forgot to give his video for the simple fact he was calling us cussing an rushing us instead of letting us do our job. The dj posted his mixtape without the video as we told the dj to hurry because this client is being negative towards us cussing at us because he thinks we gone scam him like last company did (which is what he told us!). Well, as you see we didnt scam him, we provided the service to him. There has been a issue adding the video as the dj has been having a problem contacting livemixtapes to add the video as he cannot do this his self. We told "The Messenger" that if for some reason we coulndn't get it up we will give him free promo. We also told him since he was so negative to us to not purchase from our company anymore. Now he's mad an want to post negative post on ripoffreport like we scammed him! Nobody scammed him at all. The proof is in the pudding!

Yes they did upload my mixtape but I paid to have a video uploaded along with that and the video wasnt uploaded with the mixtape which is the original reason I decided to go with this company. When I made the purchase the site stated it would start in 1-2 days not 7-10 as you just displayed. Along with that every time I called you Chris to speak with you you neva once told me 7-10 days. Your response everytime was "i DONT KNOW WHEN ITS GOIN TO BE FINISHED WE ARE WAITING FOR SOMEONE SELF MADE RADIO TO GET BACK TO US. You also promised me a week ago over the phone that I would get some additional promo until my video has been uploaded it and I havent received that either. Matter fact people, I have proof, my mixtape didnt even get uploaded until a day after I filed a complaint through paypal. All of a sudden a day after the respond to paypays complaint my mixtape was uploaded. Wow what a coincidence a day after you respond to a complaint my mixtape finally is uploaded. I had to do all that just to get my service I paid for. Not only that, Chirs I dare you get on here and pretend like I didnt send numerous emails no one ever responded to, numerous phone calls that you promised me personally you would return but never did. If anyone needs to see the proof I have of the bogus business this company handles please let me know and I will upload it but never ever ever deal with this company in anyway shape fashion or form. They company and their service stinks and they rip you off and dont give you everything you paid for.
