Viridian advertises 6-monts fix rate, once this period ends, it hikes rates to 150% without any notification. If you contact them, customer service offers to sing under new 6-months fix rate contract. However, instead of billing at the agreed 6-months rate, they increase your rates even more, essentially doubling the rate they advertised. You cannot get out of the contract without a fee; even they don’t keep their side of agreement.
