They have listed in their website their refund policy is 90 days, I contacted them 3 days later after I noticied that they rebilled me again for the following month which was included in the set up fees in the initial billing.

Fortunately the amount was not huge and I am glad I have not started offering their service to my customers, they refused to refund it. I just want to warn other alarm dealers to be aware of their practice.

Also their physical address is not listed in their website, nor in the emails you receive, you know what means?? But here it is in case you need it. 402 W. Ojai Ave., Ste. 222 Ojai, CA 93023 United States
