Viscom - Vivitek ripoff ripoff I bought a Vivitek 56" DLP TV from HSN with the promise of a $200.00 rebate which I can't get City Of Industry California

On 1/8/2006 I bought a Vivitek 56" DLP TV. from the Home Shopping Network. The Rebate form said I had to buy this T.V. between 1/7/2006 to 1/17/2006 to get my $200.00 rebate. We did not get this T.V. until Fri 1/27/2006. My husband put this together and I sent off for the rebate. Now I'm told that I was 2 days late and it should have been into them by 1/31/2006. So I can not get my rebate. This is now way to treat a customer. I did complain to HSN..but was told they do not handle the rebates. Call several numbers and got this man who just answered the phone hello...and he told me I was 2 days late and would not be getting the rebate.Rebate questions. www.panacer.com..phone # 626-839-7900 The T.V. was bought from HSN...Vicom makes it I think...Vivitek is the name of the T.V. and Panacer handles the rebate in the back of his truck for all I know.
