VISION PREMIER PREPAID CARD these summa ma b****** closed my account saying fradulent use ,when i was receiveing my dept of defense payroll check in this account Internet

 The US government gets paid every second thursday , i go to the ATM and withdraw first $500.00 thats my rent money, then i go to walmart and by my grand kids fruit snacks and do a cash withdrawal also.  i ve been doing this for the past three years, with no problem. Vision premier decided that i'v commited fraudlent use of my card and closed my account with my pay check of several hundred dollars on it. so now i cant by any grocerys until they decide to send the funds back to DFAS, and it gets resent . the person i spoke with said , sorry but that aint my d** problem and hung up.
