Because I am a family member who lives far from my mother, I hired a homecare agency to assist mom on a daily basis due to her declining health. We discovered that the Rivero's were embezzling funds from my mother's life insurance policy. In speaking to other people we know that use their services, I was told of more illegal practices that they perform. In addition, when I spoke to our Aide from their company, they had not paid their employees for over a month.

I do not know how they stay in business, they have been investigated before by the state. Do not use these people.
