 Chip promised in his contract a particular filter; however. he brought one that was inferior in ability and price. He gave us all equipment that was made for an above ground pool when we had an inground one. He didn't show up when said he would and conviently doesn't respond to texts or phone calls. He promised to have a certified installer help with the pump and filter; however , he dropped off the materials and never installed them. The only reason I used him was because he would install San Juan Pools. Big Mistake! Our pool currently will not work due to the shoddy materials, so we will need to find someone that is honest, spend more money and try again.
