VistaPrint Or VPCLUBUS Or PASSPORT 2 FUN PLUS While pursuing a VistaPrint business card printing problem by phone, no mention was made about these "service" clubs. It's a total scam. Lexington Massachusetts

While pursuing a printing problem with business cards, I talked by phone with two VistaPrint reps at two different times. No mention was ever made of these "service" plans or clubs. I also have numerous email promotions in my mailbox, even though I asked NOT to be notified about any of it.

Now my June credit card charges have two $14.95 entries, one for Passport2FunPlus and another for VP Club US.

Repeat: at no time did either VistaPrint rep mention any other type of promotion or club service during these several phone calls.

And when you placed your order, did you get a page offering you a $10 discount?

Cause if you did, and clicked yes for the discount, you didn't read the fine print. To get the discount you have to join.

I have used Vista Print for a number of printed items and have never had any charges I didn't expect because I read everything before I finalized my order and didn't take the $10.00 discount once I read the entire contract for it.

Vista Print isn't a scam, but consumer's who insist they didn't order these things generally are ones who just don't ready everything, or they okay for every box that's presented them. It would be better for Vista to put everything on the front page, right up front...but even then, there will be those who don't read it.

For the VP Rewards club you can either email or call them and ask them to cancel the membership. http://vprewardsus.com/(4uxqihy5m3qp1f3bh0eyzx45)/LCA/Page/Help/Faq.aspx

I don't know about the other one tho. Okay, here's a page where you can email them:
