WHEN USING PRINTING SERVICES FROM VISTAPRINT.COM , I WAS ENROLLED IN A MEMBERSHIP OF 14.95 MONTHLY FOR PASSPORTTOFUN.COM . I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS MEMBERSHIP AND WHEN CALLED TO REPORT IT, I WAS TREATED LIKE I WAS MAKING THIS UP. I NEVER USED ANY SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY REFUSED A REFUND.  I HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK TO DISPUTE CHARGES.  WHEN SPEAKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, BE CAREFUL, THEY WILL DO IT WITHOUT TELLING YOU ANYTHING.
