If you are a small business looking for a cheap and user friendly point of sale system do not go with visual touch Pos. These professional scam artists will take all the money they can squeeze out of you and give you very little in return. A basic Pos for a small business should not exceed 10/15 k. These guys won't even talk to you for that price. Please stay away unless you like being scammed. Try getting service for this useless junk you get after you buy it forget it unless you want to keep giving away your hard earned money. There are 100 better Pos companies out there that can give you the solution you need. Companies need to start learning that customer retention starts with service not price.

AUTHOR: VisualTouch POS - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 03, 2016

This individual is upset about a perceived lack of service that he received. The truth of the matter is that his restaurant signed up to pay a monthly fee called a subscription. This fee covers the use of the software and includes all support calls for one low monthly cost.

Three months previous to his "complaint" we started receiving notifications of failed monthly payments from this customer. He had not paid for any of his contracted monthly fees for 3 months leading up to this complaint. The truth of the matter is simple, he needs to live up to his obligations in order for our company to do the same. Had he been willing to pay for his mounting bill up to that point, we would have been more than happy to continue to service his equipment as we do with all the rest of our customers.

Getting something for nothing

AUTHOR: VisualTouch POS - (Canada)

POSTED: Friday, November 27, 2015

In an attempt to shed some much needed light on the disparaging remarks made by this individual about our company and product, I thought I could clarify a couple of points:

1. In the very first sentence, he mentions that he is looking for a "cheap" POS solution. I can definitely agree with him that we are not "cheap" however our solutions can be classified as relatively inexpensive.

2. In the second sentence, he calls us "professional scam artists" for our belief that our services need to be paid for. He is correct that we will not provide our services for free.

3. In his last sentence, he tells us that "customer retention starts with service not price" but what he fails to mention is that the last few months worth of payments have bounced!

In summary, I can agree with this "gentleman" that if you want a cheap POS system that won't cost you anything and expect to get service even through your account is in arrears and your payments come back NSF, then VisualTouch is not the solution for you.

Thank you!
