I ordered a vital record document and paid an additional $20 to have it sent to me in 3-5 days. Eight busines days later, I still had not received it and ended up contacting the government issuing agnecy myself to have it shipped to me. Plus the customer service rep for which I waiting two hours to connect with could not have been more rude.
