We purchased a backpack from Vital Gear. It took three weeks to finally arrive and when it did we could use it exactly TWICE. zipper broke.. its junk. NO ONE to email at company. emails and phones are disconnected. they do not answer on facebook or twitter. NO REFUND>

Horrible company horrible people. do not purchase from them
