Vital Records Now, aka Zertifica, posted a link on a state of CA website for vital records.  They 'pretend' to be part of a government agency.  When I clicked on their link, I was absolutely sure that I was dealing with the actual state of CA agency when in fact, I was contacting a third party vendor which was only pretending to be a government agency.  They charged my $110.00 for a document that only costs $25.00.  They delayed my document until I contacted my state's AG upon which, they finally delivered my document.  They attempted to get me to pay several times for that same, single document and, again, it wasn't until my state's AG got involved that I finally got my document.  BUT...I paid $110.00 for a $25.00 document.  I've searched for this outfit online and it seems as though they consistently over charge and usually DO NOT DELIVER what they say they will.

Repeat Questions

"Vital Records Now, aka Zertifica, posted a link on a state of CA website for vital records."

What is the address of the state of CA website that contains that link? You evaded this question.

"They 'pretend' to be part of a government agency."

Specifically, where on their website do they 'pretend' to be part of a government agency? For some reason you evaded that question too.

You appear confused as to whether you are in need of records from California or Washington.

I do have proof - you submitted it all to the WA state AG.  This is why the Washington state Attorney General has forwarded my complaint against you to the Federal Trade Commission.  The FTC has contacted me with the names of 3 attornies in my area who are looking to research a possible class action suit.  Is the grammar finally good enough for you or do I need to resubmit this in another language?  Oh, and, have a nice day.

Their Grammar Is Poor but Their Statement Is Clear

"Vital Records Now, aka Zertifica, posted a link on a state of CA website for vital records."

What is the address of that website?

"They 'pretend' to be part of a government agency.  When I clicked on their link, I was absolutely sure that I was dealing with the actual state of CA agency when in fact, I was contacting a third party vendor which was only pretending to be a government agency."

Can you justify that claim? Specifically, where on their website (https://vital-record.org) do they claim to be part of ANY government agency? Perhaps that was your assumption, although they have this posted on their website:

Zertifica USA LLC is an independent private document preparer company that is not affiliated with any Government Agency… Our fees charged are for the preparation of your documents and your customized but do not include the fees for obtaining these vital record documents, which you will need to pay separately to the correspondant Health Department or Vital Records Office.

Their grammar is poor but their statement is clear. It’s a lousy deal yet you agreed to it.
