I answered an ad in Dec. 2014 for a free sample of Lumalift eye cream and Vitalie skin cream.  I read it carefully so as not to get sucked into a scam deal.  Ad said, "try our eye and skin cream and in no time at all, all your wrinkles will be gone!  You'll want to order more!

I barely had wrinkles but, what I had are still here on my face, and it's at least 2 months into it. I went out of state 1/6/15 thru 2/11/15.  As a bill came in, my husband would call it in to me and I'd pay it. I didn't see my statement so did not know that these rip-off dealers were getting money off of the card I used to pay shipping for "free" sample.  When I called them, they closed my "account" so Feb. won't be billed.  Yay!  Right on you blood-suckers!

January bill cannot be refunded because the 30 day refund period is ended. They sent it 1/16, postman delivered it 1/21. I called them 2/16 for a refund. They say my 30 days are past. I tell them that the day it was sent does not matter because it was not available for me to use until receipt. Both account guy and his supervisor stated they go by date sent.  Are you serious!  Then I find out that they are operating under several different names.  I asked for the owner's name and ph #. He wouldn't give it to me.  So, I'm sending letters out to everyone in govt, to the cops and to the Secretary of State (CA) where crooks like this thrive and give it a bad name. I will also look into filing civil charges.  Yeah!  I'm mad and I'm not taking it anymore! BOOM!!
