A man who called himself Abraham blatantly lied about VitalOne being a Qualified Health Plan.  Do not purchase this health insurance if you want to avoid the IRS penalty charges for not having a Qualified Health Plan.

It's okay to have an alternative but not to use LIES to sell them.
